Quality Assurance
Using the tenets of ISO 9001:2000, a QA plan, approved by the Program Manager (PM), will be required from each subcontractor. The plan will allow for spot checks by the PM and/or our Task Order Manager (TOM), and processes for peer to peer QA reviews in addition to other checkpoints. The PM and/or TOM will initiate a team kickoff meeting, including government and team representatives, following the issuance of any task order. The purpose of
the kickoff meeting will be to review the project plan, schedule and QA expectations to ensure full understanding of the project requirements, reiterate the open lines of communication and agree to a project team review schedule. During this meeting, all foreseeable potential issues and pitfalls will be discussed. Frequent informal reviews will be held with the technical leads and formal reviews will be conducted with
the government manager(s) on an agreed upon schedule or as specified in the SOW.
